Awakened Hearts Yoga is located in Goodview, VA and currently offers in-home services to the surrounding areas.* Please choose the option you would like to book and AHY will reach out to confirm your selection or find another time and date that will work for both the client and teacher.

In the Comfort of Your Home

We will come to you in the privacy of your home or space to have your session. In the future, AHY will have an in-home studio to offer as an option. Outdoor options are available if the client prefers.

SUP Yoga Launch Location

If you are booking a SUP Yoga Session we will launch out of the Hardy Ford Public Boat Launch in Hardy, VA.

Small and Large Group Rates

All services with small and large groups will need to be priced out based off the number of people involved. AHY will reach out to give you a quote on the cost.

Prep Time and Cancellations

Please allow 72 hours of time so the teacher has time to create your session with care. Paperwork will be sent out to ensure you will get the most out of your time. A 24 hour notice must be given for cancellations.
